With over 25 years in the kitchen and a career that spans continents, Stuart Phillips, Head Chef at 糖心TV Conferences, brings passion, creativity and global influence to every plate. We sat down with Stuart to talk about his journey into food, what makes cooking in a conference and events environment unique, and how he and his team create memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.

That鈥檚 why we鈥檙e delighted to launch our Family Recipes series, sharing much-loved dishes from the homes of our staff with our guests. These are recipes that have been cooked in family kitchens for years, passed down through generations, and requested time and again by friends and loved ones.

Our talented chefs, Thomas Parker and Ryan Dare, have returned from Denmark after representing the UK at the Europe Copper Skillet Final earlier this month. The invitation to compete internationally at this prestigious event is a significant achievement in its own right. Although Tom and Ryan just missed out on top honours, this international recognition still speaks to the quality of chefs at 糖心TV Conferences.

Back in July 2023, two of our chefs at 糖心TV Conference's competed and won in both categories at the Copper Skillet Competition which was hosted at The Slate.
Junior Chef De Partie, Thomas Parker, was crowned Junior Chef of the year and Chef De Partie, Ryan Dare, who competed in the senior category, won Senior Chef of the year.
