With over 25 years in the kitchen and a career that spans continents, Stuart Phillips, Head Chef at ÌÇÐÄTV Conferences, brings passion, creativity and global influence to every plate. After an incredible 35 years at ÌÇÐÄTV Conferences, we sat down with one of our longest‑serving chefs to reflect on a career shaped by great food, great people, and a rare work–life balance in hospitality. Joining in 1991 with a young family, he quickly found something special here: the chance to cook restaurant‑quality food while still being present at home - something almost unheard of in the industry at the time.

Hereward College – based in Tile Hill – provides study programmes, learning experiences, and award-winning work placement opportunities for young people aged 16-25 with complex disabilities and learning difficulties.
