Pay award update
Each year, the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) negotiate with trade unions on a national pay award for HE staff. As some trade unions are still consulting their members on UCEA鈥檚 pay offer, we are unable to implement an uplift to pay from 1 August. We will update you again once this process has finished.
