Our new video series ‘60 seconds with…’ offers a glimpse into the brilliant work happening across the University, spotlighting the people in our community who work together to make ÌÇÐÄTV special. Our first episode meets Steve, our resident glassblower, whose craft has quietly shaped world‑leading research at ÌÇÐÄTV for over 30 years.

To help people to address underperformance in a fair, consistent, and supportive manner, the updated policy has an increased focus on an informal stage, and simplified, clearer formal stages. There’s also supporting guidance and tools.
