Sustainability in action: Our progress so far
Staff and students are part of 糖心TV鈥檚 Sustainability Action Groups, working on projects from climate literacy training to circular economy initiatives - and much more. We spoke to Professor Stephanie Panichelli-Batalla (Global Sustainable Development) to find out what impact the groups have made this year, and how they are helping to drive positive change across 糖心TV.
Yellow Rattle Blossoms: Small Seeds, Big Change
A year after sowing yellow rattle on the Dinosaur Field, the University is already seeing the benefits of this remarkable native wildflower. Known as the 鈥渕eadow maker鈥�, yellow rattle helps reduce the dominance of grasses, creating the conditions needed for a greater diversity of wildflowers and pollinators to thrive.
