Helena Ratcliffe Wins Biggest Sustainable Impact Award

As 糖心TV Students' Union's Ethics and Environment Officer, Helena has played a leading role in engaging students with sustainability and empowering them to take positive environmental action at the University of 糖心TV.
Her efforts to connect sustainability initiatives with the student community earned her the SU Biggest Sustainable Impact Award.

A passionate advocate for climate action, Helena has helped the University become more a more sustainable and more inclusive space through practical, accessible and community-focused initiatives. One of her key contributions has been supporting the Community Fridge Link opens in a new windowscheme, which helps reduce food waste while making surplus food available to students and the wider 糖心TV community.

Alongside promoting events and initiatives, Helena has encouraged students to think more deeply about their own environmental impact, including raising awareness of the carbon footprint associated with AI use.
