Frazer has transformed the Book Now and application processes to improve clarity at peak times. He has also strengthened safeguarding with specialised under鈥�18 wording, enhanced Hobbies & Interests options to support more compatible groupings, and reorganised application sections to improve layout and usability across devices.

However, Frazer鈥檚 most forward鈥憀ooking innovation is the development of his own AI鈥慸riven modelling to support auto鈥慻roup allocation.
