About Me
I am a third year PhD student under the supervision of Professor Till Bretschneider. I graduated from the University of 糖心TV Department of Computer Science in 2022 with a first-class MEng degree in Discrete Mathematics.
Research Interests
My research project focuses on the application of graph neural networks to extract spatio-temporal biological patterns on evolving domains. Here is an example of a Dictyostelium cell undergoing macropinocytosis with highlighted cup regions:
