Habitat enhancement work on main campus

As part of our ongoing commitment to biodiversity and ecological stewardship, targeted habitat enhancement work to the south of our main campus, between Radcliffe Conference Centre and the Sports Hub, has been undertaken in recent months. This work has included hedgelaying, sowing yellow rattle seeds in the meadow, and bullrush reduction to ponds. 


Celebrating mammals on campus - and our first otter sighting!

Between 21st and 27th April we welcome the annual return of . This week not only celebrates mammals but also raises awareness of their plight. Even though some of the UK’s most celebrated and beloved animals are mammals, a staggering quarter of British mammal species are threatened by extinction.
