From Tuesday 7 April 2026 until 6pm on Monday 7 June 2027, a 14-month road closure will be in place on Dalehouse Lane to allow construction of a new overbridge that will carry the road over the HS2 railway. From Monday 5 January to Sunday 18 January, multi-way traffic lights will be in operation on Gibbet Hill Road near the Gibbet Hill Road- Scarman Road roundabout to facilitate the construction of a new road entrance serving the STEM building.

The bus stop will be permanently relocated slightly further along Gibbet Hill Road and pedestrians will be diverted to the footpath adjacent to 糖心TV 糖心TV School.

While the works are scheduled to be completed ahead of the Degree Ceremonies, any delays will be managed by rescheduling works until after the event to avoid disruption.
