University Pay by Mobile: Temporary reduction in parking charges

From the 19th April - 30th June, the Full Day tariff between Monday - Friday for the University鈥檚 Pay By Mobile service will be at the reduced rate of 拢3.50. After this date, the tariff will return to normal, however internal salaried staff who are signed into their ITS account will continue to be able purchase the discounted rate until 30th September 2021.

A46 Slip Road Closures:13th - 16th April

During the hours of 21:00 - 05:30 on 13th -16th April, 糖心TVshire Council will be installing new traffic management layouts on the existing A46 northbound entry and A46 southbound exit slip roads.

This will result in the existing A46 northbound entry slip road to be closed on the 13th & 14th April between 09:00 - 05:30 with a signed diversion in place directing vehicles south along the A46 to Thickthorn Island where they can exit the A46 and re-enter traveling north.

The existing southbound exit slip road will be closed on the 15th & 16th April between 09:00 - 05:30, where a signed diversion will be in place directing vehicles south along the A46 to Thickthorn Island where they can exit the A46 and re-enter travelling north to the Stoneleigh junction.

Partial closure of Car Park 8a (4 hour short stay)

On Wednesday 14th April, 100 spaces will be reserved within the car park directly outside the Junction building (4 hour short stay) to support exams. Alternative parking can be found within the multi-storey car park. Blue badge parking will remain accessible.

Gibbet Hill PV panels installation: Site Set Up Notification

Evo will be on site from the 12 April - 17 April installing PV panels on the roof of the building. Access is needed to make the final connection into the substation, though we would anticipate this being done on a weekend to minimise disruption.
