Pedestrian crossing works near the Lord Bhattacharyya building

From Tuesday 29th June for approximately 2 weeks, the path outside Car Park 9 which links to the Lord Bhattacharyya building will be closed to implement an improved crossing between the 2 sites. Pedestrian signage will be in place to inform users the footpath is temporarily closed.

Temporary Closure of Car Parks

There will be increased security such as additional barriers at campus car park entrances in order to prevent unauthorised access that can negatively impact the University鈥檚 operations. If you have any queries please contact the transport and mobility team at TransportMobility@warwick.ac.uk. If you need support to exit a car park, please call the Campus Security team on 024 7652 2083 or internal extension 22083.

Partial closure of Kirby Corner Car Park - Wednesday 16th June

On Wednesday 16th June, the open section of the Kirby Corner Car Park nearest to Gibbet Hill Road (formerly known as toar cottage) will be closed to support WMG. Alternative parking can be found within the car park.

Partial closure of Car Park 8a (4 hour short stay)

On Monday 21st - Tuesday 22nd June, 120 spaces will be reserved within the car park directly outside the Junction building (4 hour short stay) to support exams. Alternative parking can be found within the multi-storey car park. Blue badge parking will remain accessible.

A46 Road Improvement Works

Highways England is investing in the A46 in Coventry to unlock congestion, improve journey reliability and support economic growth across the West Midlands. Between now and when the new junction opens in Spring 2022, there will be changes to the road layout and at times some lanes or roads may be closed.
