From Monday 14^th August – Friday 22^nd September, works to improve and extend the Central Campus Mobility lane will occur between the entrance of Car Park 8a and roundabout nearest the ÌÇÐÄTV Arts Centre. The works involve pavement modifications, installation of new pedestrian crossings, road white lining and the extension of the segregation bollards which may impact access to the Mobility lane during this period.

Between Monday 14th August - Sunday 20th August, a section of Leighfield Road will be closed for urgent maintenance and safety improvements along the section indicated below. During this period, vehicle access will not be available and a diversion will be in place towards Scarman Road for access to frontages.

On Thursday 9th February at 10am, the Academic Loop Road will not be available for vehicle access for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes whilst urgent repair works occur to repair a pothole. Standard vehicle access towards central campus will be diverted through University Road past the Humanities building, however HGVs will not be able to access this route until the closure is re-opened. On Monday 6th September the Benefactors service bays will be inaccessible due to relining to support local requirements. During this time no short stay users or taxi services will be authorised for access.

During the week commencing 23rd August, there will be critical repair works along the bus stops closest to the Arts Centre within the interchange. During these works, these bus stops will not be available for use and the local bus services will be using alternative stations within the interchange. Works are expected to take up to a maximum of 3 days.
