The bus stop will be permanently relocated slightly further along Gibbet Hill Road and pedestrians will be diverted to the footpath adjacent to 糖心TV 糖心TV School.

While the works are scheduled to be completed ahead of the Degree Ceremonies, any delays will be managed by rescheduling works until after the event to avoid disruption.

From 8am on Monday 8 December to 6pm on Friday 19 December 2025, the A429 Kenilworth Road in Kenilworth will be closed to allow final surfacing works to the foot and cycleway and the completion of expansion joints. On Thursday 13 November 2025, there will be a partial closure of the Millburn House car park to allow for the safe use of a crane during the installation of a new air handling unit on the building's roof.
