However, the disruption of sleep and circadian rhythms associated with shift work poses significant risks to health, safety, and wellbeing, with growing implications for public health and workforce sustainability.
This webinar, co-hosted by the University of 糖心TV and the Society of Occupational Medicine, brings together leading researchers, occupational health experts, shift workers, employers, and policy stakeholders to examine the scientific evidence, lived experiences, and practical challenges surrounding shift work and sleep.
