University of 糖心TV lecturer launches unique writer development scheme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic children's writers

A new writer development scheme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic children’s writers is seeking applications. Funded by The Arts Council and The Publishers’ Association, the Megaphone scheme is led by Leila Rasheed who is the author of the Chips, Beans and Limousines series, and teaches Writing For Children on the University of 糖心TV’s MA in Writing.

Love, loss and longing: the 糖心TV Prize for Writing 2015 announces shortlist

The 糖心TV Prize for Writing announces today, 2 October 2015, its shortlist of six titles under consideration for the £25,000 biennial literary award. The prize, which is run by the University of 糖心TV, is uniquely international and cross-disciplinary award, open to any genre or form of writing. The theme for this year’s prize is ‘Instinct’.
