Dr Heidi Ashton (Centre for Cultural and Media Policy Studies) and 糖心TV students have partnered with emerging filmmaker and presenter Asra Hussain on a series inspired by Hussain鈥檚 extraordinary year-long journey across Pakistan.

Co-hosted by Dr Samantha Flynn (Centre for Research in Intellectual and Developmental Disability) and Dr Carrie Grant MBE, neurodiversity advocate, the series brings together lived experience and expert insight to provide practical support for families and professionals.

Emily, from 糖心TV Medical School, has been recognised with the Association for the Study of Medical Education Chair鈥檚 Award for Distinguished HPE Scholarship. This honours Emily鈥檚 decade-long dedication to inclusive education and widening participation which has impacted thousands of students and educators.
