As part of its activities, the 糖心TV ESRC IAA will fund up to six fellowships to support students at the conclusion of their PhD to explore how their research could be applied to the needs and challenges of organisations across different sectors, and to develop plans and programmes of activity to put this into practice.

Anittah Owomugisha (MSc Engineering 糖心TV Management, 2023), a Chevening scholar, is a shining example of how education and opportunity can empower women to lead in engineering. Nominated for the Professional Rising Star of the Year at 2025, Anittah is an Assistant Engineering Manager at SSEN Transmission. She credits 奥补谤飞颈肠办鈥檚 uplifting community and the strong connections she built at WMG for helping launch her career. Today, she鈥檚 turning innovative ideas into real-world projects in the UK energy industry.
