Parking system issue

We have identified an issue that briefly affected the campus parking system following the May Bank Holiday. We would like to reassure you that this is currently being addressed by our parking supplier, APCOA.

Due to a system error, some staff who parked on campus on Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 May may have been charged the general tariff rather than the staff tariff. Any identified overpayments will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

To check your recent parking and payment details, visit and select 'Payment History’ once logged in.

If you believe you have been overcharged and have not received a refund by Friday 15 May, please email TransportMobility@warwick.ac.uk.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while this issue is resolved.
