This webpage is used for WBS Masters Transcript and Record of Marks Requests.
Students who started their course after September 2022 and graduated from July 2025 onwards, can access an electronic transcript known as the Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR).
The HEAR is an official record of study and includes information on course content, modules completed, marks, credits (including ECTS credits), degree classification, conferral of award date, the signature of the academic registrar, an official University of 糖心TV stamp, additional approved activities. If you are not eligible for a HEAR, studied one of the courses below and would like to request a Transcript or Record of Marks, please complete the form below.
- MBA students: Master of 糖心TV Administration
- MPA students: Master of Public Administration
- MSc in Police Leadership and Management
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your request.
Please note we are not permitted to send official University transcripts (printed on official University transcript paper) electronically and are only able to post these. Transcripts will be sent via DHL and can take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination.
Records of Marks, which are printed on WBS headed paper, may be sent electronically. Students who graduated from November 2010 onwards can immediately download an electronic Record of Marks from . Once you have logged into my.wbs click on your photograph in the top right corner, click on 鈥淎bout You鈥� then select 鈥淎cademic Record鈥�. You will then see a 鈥淒ownload Record of Marks鈥� button. If you have technical issues logging onto my.wbs please contact WBS eSolutions by emailing help@wbs.ac.uk.
If you graduated before November 2010 you can request an electronic Record of Marks using the form below.
