- Responsible for leading the strategic development and delivery of the Department's professional support services (including administrative and technical services) to support the delivery of outstanding research and education, working in partnership with central professional services to ensure this.
- Providing high quality advice and support at a strategic and operational level to the Head of Department to ensure delivery of the Department鈥檚 strategic objectives.
- Responsible for the Department鈥檚 physical resources (including specialist teaching and research facilities, equipment and finances).
- Contributing to Faculty-wide and University-wide strategic projects (including capital and change/transformation programmes).
