How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

*** The European Commission Horizon 2020: ERC will shortly be inviting proposals for its ERC-2017-AdG ERC advanced grants. The call is expected to open 16 May and close 31 August 2017. The following information is subject to change. ***

These grants support principal investigators at the career stage at which they are already established research leaders with a recognised track record of research achievements.

Applicants must have a significant track record in the last 10 years which may include benchmarks such as 10 publications in major international peer-reviewed journals as main author, three major research monographs at least one of which is translated into another language, or other equivalent benchmarks.

Grants are worth up to €2.5 million over five years, plus an additional start up grant of €1m. The total budget for this call is €567m, to support an estimated 245 grants.
