How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council invites applications for the UK high field solid-state national research facility. This supports a facility to enable world leading research with the potential for commercial exploitation and ground breaking impact on the UK economy as well as wider societal benefits. It must facilitate timely access for a broad community of researchers with varying levels of expertise from the physical sciences, engineering and biosciences. Users from a wide range of disciplines are expected to be supported via appropriate and tailored packages of support from experimental design to data analysis and interpretation, including the provision of a central suite of data analytic tools. The facility must provide ongoing effective training, support and development of the next generation of researchers and skilled instrument scientists and specialists NMR systems.

The PI must be resident in the UK and an academic employee at the lecturer or equivalent level at an eligible organisation, which may be an HEI, a research institute funded by a research council or an independent research organisation.

Funding is worth up to 拢3 million over five years to cover software, technique and instrument developments. The majority of costs are paid at 100 per cent full economic costs.
