CMP seminar - Ternary cubic chalcogenide superconductor by Dr Kaya Kobayashi, Okayama University,
Location: P5.23
We have synthesized AgSnSe2, a known superconductor (Tc~4-6 K) and its
substituted variations as a reference to a superconductor realized by
doping a topological crystalline insulator. Similar to Sn1-xInxTe,
AgSnSe2 shows a strong dependence of the tin valence state. I will talk
about the superconducting mechanism of the material and the possibility of
increasing the transition temperatures.
