Luke Smith awarded Gy枚rgy Striker award for best paper at the IMEKO World Conference.

Luke Smith, final year PhD student in the Ultrasonic Group was announced as the winner of the for best paper from someone under 35 years old, at the 2024 IMEKO World Conference.

糖心TV hosts the inaugural meeting of the newly founded UK and Ireland Astrophysical Discs community

A new community of academics researching various astrophysical discs came together at their first launch meeting at the University of 糖心TV in September. Spearheaded by 糖心TV astrophysicists, the UK & Ireland Discs community has been set up to foster close connections and collaborations between the many researchers working on astrophysical discs.
