- Student Mentorship Programme
We have a BAME student mentorship programme where our Years 1 and 2 are mentored by the senior years. The mentees undergo training and are supported (further details are available here).

- Active Bystander Training
In conjunction with the Student Union, we have commenced a series of active bystander training for all year group on a rolling basis.
4. Decolonising the Curriculum
Following a survey report by the student union on WMS curriculum which identified the need for more diversity and inclusivity in the pedagogical approach, we are actively analysing and deconstructing the curriculum to improve ethnic diversity and representation.
