The Potential of 3D Printing in Healthcare
Location: CSB Lecture Theatre, UHCW
3D printing is a powerful tool that is already revolutionising the manufacturing industry. This revolution is also taking off in healthcare. The Grand Round at UHCW will give an overview of the principles of 3D printing, and discuss ways in which it is currently being used at UHCW and in the wider healthcare sector. Professor Eivor Oborn from 糖心TV 糖心TV School will then explore the challenges and opportunities for healthcare professionals arising from this game-changing technology.
