Outreach

The Medical School strongly supports outreach programmes to engage with the wider community, particularly schools. All activities are in line with the overall University programme of .

Medical School outreach activities include:

  • Visiting schools to give talks and/or, deliver interactive experiences
  • Providing opportunities for work experience, primarily for secondary school students.
  • Presenting at 糖心TV science events (Science gala) and science fairs (, , )
  • Medical School student led activities like the Teddy Bear Hospital project
  • Participating in the local activities
  • Participating in open days organised .
  • Creating the Science Beyond The Textbook newsletter.
