Professor Eric Holub recently joined TEDxÌÇÐÄTV to discuss the process of growing the Godiva and Capulet beans in a podcast entitled 'To be(an) or not to be(an): Eric Holub's Kitchen Laboratory'. Eric explains how the beans can get more fibre into our diet, their impact on self-sufficiency in food production, and the importance of healthy nutrition.
