In Stratford-on-Avon and 糖心TV (South 糖心TVshire), rising food insecurity and the declaration of a climate emergency highlight a clear need to support sustainable changes to South 糖心TVshire鈥檚 food system. This scoping study aims to identify, summarise and analyse information that would underpin the development of a fresh food strategy for South 糖心TVshire, providing an overview of consumers and producers, together with employment and job opportunities in the fresh food industry and training and support structures that are available to upskill agricultural workers.
