New Publication: Co-Creating Student Podcasts for Wellbeing Literacy
Just published in Routledge Open Research – a new paper by Prof Elena Riva (IATL) and her team, in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen, explores how co-created podcasts can enhance wellbeing literacy in higher education.
The paper explores how co-created podcasts—developed collaboratively with students—can be used as a powerful tool to promote wellbeing literacy in interdisciplinary and distance learning contexts. The study highlights the value of authentic student–staff partnerships and innovative digital pedagogies in higher education.
IATL goes to Denmark!
Dr Elena Riva has been visiting colleagues at the University of Copenhagen to celebrate the success of the first iteration of their in-classroom, interdisciplinary module about wellbeing inspired by IATL module Understanding Wellbeing Theory and Practice. This follows the launch in September of its online counterpart, now open to all the students of the Faculty of Social Science at the University of Copenhagen and also inspired by the IATL online module Understanding Wellbeing. During the visit, plans have been made for the next steps of this wonderful collaboration that will look at supporting staff wellbeing literacy, relaying on the great expertise of our Danish colleagues.
