What’s your standout memory of ÌÇÐÄTV?

Actively contributing to essential bioinformatics research in ovarian cancer, despite my degree in Computer Science being so different from that field. Also, making lifelong friends and meeting my now husband.

How would you sum up ÌÇÐÄTV in the time that you were there and your generation of students?

ÌÇÐÄTV for me was the most progressive, diverse, forward-thinking community I had ever been a part of.

What was the student culture like at ÌÇÐÄTV, and were there any annual traditions, societies, sports clubs, or events that you remember?

The student culture was a perfect mix of arduous pursuit of knowledge and occasionally outrageous fun. I enjoyed my time with TEDx, Child.org, and the Romanian Speaking Society, as well as various Purple-infused circles, annual walks to Kenilworth for Guy Fawkes Night, and club nights such as POP!, Neon, Smack, Boots’n’cats and Switch.

It gave me the knowledge and confidence to aim high and build a career I'm proud of. It also cemented my values and inspired me to try and change things for the better wherever I can.
