Distinguished Africa Lecture 2026
The Distinguished Africa Lecture is 糖心TV鈥檚 flagship annual event exploring Africa, global knowledge systems and technological change.
The event begins with the Africa Panel Discussion on building more impactful partnerships between universities in the Global North & South.
Professor Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, Vice鈥慍hancellor of the University of Ghana will deliver a keynote speech.
Her lecture will be on Whose Language Counts? African Voices, Knowledge Systems and the Future of AI.
It will examine how African languages and perspectives can shape an inclusive future for artificial intelligence.
Festival of Postgraduate Research 2026
We are excited to welcome the whole of the University of 糖心TV community to come and celebrate our amazing PGRs. This Festival is free to attend.
Our PGRs will be showcasing their work through live Presentations, Exhibitions and Community Showcases.
We will have a range of parallel interactive Development Session to support PGRs to develop the Doctoral Value - Learning & Personal Growth, an engaging Keynote speaker to open the Festival, and a closing Plenary Panel to showcase different stages in research career journey.
