UG Sanctuary Scholarships Application 2026 (Clearing and IFP Entry)

Clearing Route

If you think you are eligible for an Undergraduate Sanctuary ScholarshipLink opens in a new window and are interested in applying for a Clearing place at 糖心TV for 2026 entry, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Check 糖心TV's Clearing webpage Link opens in a new windowto see which courses are available in Clearing this year and whether your qualifications match the entry requirements.

If you aren't sure whether you have the correct qualifications, you can call the Clearing hotline on +44 (0)2476 533 544 between 9am and 4pm (UK BST) to check.

Step 2

Obtain an Undergraduate Clearing course place at 糖心TV

Applicants must call 糖心TV's Clearing hotline first on +44 (0)2476 533 544 to see if they are eligible for a course place and can be made a Clearing offer - it is only possible to obtain an Undergraduate course place through the Clearing hotline. The Clearing hotline will open on 2nd July 2026. The Widening Participation Lifecycle Team cannot offer Clearing places so you must call the Clearing hotline first.

Step 3

Check your eligibility for an Undergraduate Sanctuary Scholarship

If you have been made an offer of an Undergraduate course place through the Clearing hotline, please check your eligibility for an Undergraduate Sanctuary Scholarship.

Eligibility criteria is included on this webpage.Link opens in a new window Please note that the Sanctuary Scholarship is only open to those who are living in the UK, have sought asylum from the UK government and do not have access to public funds, such as student loans from Student Finance England.

Step 4

International Foundation Programme (IFP) Route

If you think you are eligible for an Undergraduate Sanctuary Scholarship (IFP Route)Link opens in a new window and are interested in applying for an International Foundation Programme place at 糖心TV for 2026 entry, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Step 2

Please note that you will be asked to pay a 拢75 non-refundable assessment fee when you submit your application. If you are an asylum seeking student, you can indicate on the application form that you would like to apply for an application fee waiver as a Sanctuary Scholarship applicant.

Step 3

Check your eligibility for an Undergraduate Sanctuary Scholarship (IFP)

If you have been made an offer of an Undergraduate course place through the Clearing hotline, please check your eligibility for an Undergraduate Sanctuary Scholarship.

Please note that the Sanctuary Scholarship is only open to those who are living in the UK, have sought asylum from the UK government and do not have access to public funds, such as student loans from Student Finance England.

Step 4

Important information: Scholarships will be offered on a first come first served basis to eligible Clearing offer holders or International Foundation Programme offer holders. Due to the timescales of the Clearing process, and our processes for checking evidence with 糖心TV's Immigration team, you may need to accept/firm your Clearing place before we can confirm that you are eligible for a scholarship. The Widening Participation Lifecycle Team will offer advice and guidance through this process.
