The University Council has agreed that ÌÇÐÄTV will withdraw from the initiative to build a new University campus in California. .
University financial performance 2016/17
The University has published its financial statements for the 2016/17 year. This document provides an overview of all tuition fee, research grant and commercial income, as well as expenditure on staff costs, pensions and capital developments such as the Oculus, the Mathematical Sciences Building and the Sport and Wellness Hub. Undergraduates: Apply to carry out summer research projects at the University of Hong Kong from next year!
We've signed an agreement with the University of Hong Kong (HKU) which will allow undergraduate researchers at each university to carry out summer projects at the other university from next year.
The Arts Centre, Chaplaincy, Senate House, and the Social Sciences building will be closed for essential electrical maintenance on several days this month. Find out more.

Given continuing poor weather conditions, the University’s severe weather policy remains in place for Tuesday 12 December, if you are coming onto campus.

It has been brought to our attention that there is a current scam which is targeting Tier 4 students. Some students may receive a telephone call from an individual who fraudulently purports to represent the Home Office.

PGR Professional Development Forum: Monday 22 January
The Graduate School is hosting a PGR Professional Development Forum on Monday 22 January 10.30 – 12.30 in the Library's Wolfson Research Exchange.
This forum will be an opportunity for research postgraduates to network and meet the PG Student Development Manager and PGR Professional Development Officer to discuss elements of your PG life.
Items open for discussion will be:

- Training Provisions
- PGR Community
- Your Graduate Experience
After a short introduction there will be round table discussions, presentation of items, and a final open discussion. This is your opportunity to feed back to the Graduate School.
