Eligible students who ordinarily reside in Scotland can apply for funding for their tuition fees and living costs from the Student Awards Agency Scotland (SAAS), even if they will be attending a University outside of Scotland. Eligible students who ordinarily reside in Northern Ireland can apply for funding for their tuition fees and living costs from Student Finance Northern Ireland (SFNI), even if they will be attending a University outside of Northern Ireland.
