Wellbeing and Student Support (W&SS) provides a range of services that can help you develop the personal resources and skills you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of student life.

How to get in touch with us
If you are a current student or an applicant to 糖心TV, you can get in touch with us through our , where we can help you identify the next steps to decide on the type of support you may need.
We鈥檒l meet with you in person, online or over the phone, to discuss your needs and see if we can solve the problem together.
Our normal working hours are:
- 8.30 am-5 pm Monday to Thursday
- 8.30 am-4 pm Friday
We offer brief consultations every weekday between 10 am-3 pm.

You can visit Wellbeing and Student Support in Senate House, on central campus.
When you visit us
When you visit us on campus, our receptionists will direct you to our waiting room. It is normally a calm and quiet environment which is fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly. If you have any difficulties (for example, if you have high sensitivities), please speak to our receptionists who can help you.

Our Safeguarding Policy goes beyond the University鈥檚 basic legal obligations. It imparts general safeguarding guidance and good practice relating to the Higher Education sector, applying to all our staff, students, apprentices and volunteers.
