SuccessFactors Enhancements Are Now Live!
The new SuccessFactors enhancements went live on Monday 7 September. Following months of preparation, testing and upskilling, the enhanced functionality is now available, making key People processes more streamlined and easier to use.
What has changed?
The enhancements include changes to key Recruitment, Onboarding and People Lifecycle processes, including:
- Recruitment approvals and requests
- Applications, shortlisting and interviews
- Offers and pre-engagement
- Onboarding
- People Lifecycle changes during employment
What do I need to do?
If you are completing a task in SuccessFactors, please use our as your starting point. These provide step-by-step guidance to help you complete processes using the enhanced functionality.

What happens next?
