Changes to AskHR categories
As part of the SuccessFactors changes going live on 7 September, we have made some updates to the categories available in AskHR. These changes will help ensure queries are directed to the correct team and that the categories better reflect the support available.
The following changes are now in place:

Leave Query 鈥� renamed Annual Leave Query to make the category clearer.

SF User Support 鈥� renamed Success Factors User Support to clarify this relates to SuccessFactors

The following categories have been removed from Submit Form 鈥� HR Services, as these requests will no longer be used following go-live:

HR 鈥� ME1 Request to change

HR 鈥� R1 Request to create a new position

HR 鈥� R2 Request to refill

HR 鈥� R3 Request to advertise
Please make sure you select the updated categories when submitting an AskHR ticket from 7 September.
