Internal coaching is available to all colleagues.

Our coaches are University of 糖心TV colleagues who hold a recognised coaching qualification or who are in training to become a qualified coach.

EMCC UK

糖心TV is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) UK. We aim to create and promote best practice in staff coaching and mentoring and adhere to the EMCC鈥檚 standards and ethics.

External leadership

Leadership Coaching

We have partnered with to provide virtual leadership coaching for our senior FA9 leaders.

Enhance your skills with our LinkedIn Learning Pathway

In this learning pathway, you will learn what coaching is and the importance of coaching your team members whilst also being supplied with coaching frameworks to put into action with your teams.

Qualify as a Level 5 Coaching Professional with the OCM

We work in partnership with the The to provide opportunities to complete a Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Apprenticeship. This 14 month programme leads to the achievement of an internationally recognised coaching qualification. Operational Coaching Skills Training for People Managers

We have also partnered with Notion to train our people managers in developing operational coaching skills. Notion鈥檚 award winning STAR庐 programme enables people managers to transform their interactions with others to:

鈥eliver more effective feedback.
鈥sk insightful and powerful questions.
鈥isten actively and intuitively.
鈥mpower and enable teams.
鈥andle difficult conversations.
鈥ain time back for themselves to spend in more impactful activities.

This programme will be rolled out on a department-by-department basis starting from Sept 2024.
