What the University Archive contains

The University of 糖心TV Archive (UWA) contains ongoing deposits of agenda, minutes and papers relating to all meetings held by the University's formal committees. Many of the records are paper-based but since the early 2000s these have been deposited in digital formats instead. Public agenda and minutes for 糖心TV's committees can be accessed here. In addition to governance records, the UWA also contains communications and publicity materials (prospectuses, photographs of campus, recruitment films, annual reports, staff newsletters and student newspapers), audio-visual archives, and publications about 糖心TV and the New Universities of the 1960s, including architectural masterplans for 糖心TV's campus. Another important part of the archive relates to the records of the City of Coventry Training College / Coventry College of Education which merged with the University in 1978/9.

Access to the University of 糖心TV Archive

We strongly recommend notifying us in advance of your intended visit. Please send any enquiries about the University of 糖心TV Archive to archives@warwick.ac.uk. Most material can be accessed by visiting our searchroom, however, some records have access restrictions in place and these are described as 'Closed' in the UWA catalogue. If you would like access to such material please contact us to discuss this.

On your first visit to use the archives you will be required to complete a research application form and to prove your identity. Acceptable forms of proof include your university card, passport, driving licence or County Archive Research Network (CARN) ticket. You will then be given a copy of the research application form as your proof of registration.

We are happy to advise on potential sources in the archive but we can only do a limited amount of research on behalf of enquirers.
