Service Description
The firewall service provides the central firewall protection for the University. Signed in users (University staff and Post-graduate research students only) can see a list of currently . Please note that there are some exceptions to this, where departments have made special cases to us. If in doubt, please send us an email to helpdesk@warwick.ac.uk.

The campus network is free at the point of use.
Availability
The service is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, apart for periods of non-availability required for planned maintenance. Support for the service is available during standard hours (8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 16:30 Friday).
