How to register for an IT account
New applicants:
Once you've applied and received your 7-digit 糖心TV University ID you can use the link below. You will be able to access a limited range of services until you have enrolled at 糖心TV.
Everyone else:
New students:
As an applicant to 糖心TV, you will most likely have created an IT account. This account will have given you limited access to applications available at 糖心TV. Once you鈥檝e joined 糖心TV you鈥檒l be able to use a much larger set of applications, for example:
- Printing
- Microsoft Office
- Work Area computers
- Campus Wi-Fi
- UNIX facilities
And lots of more useful IT services. If you have not yet created your IT account, you can do so at any time; you no longer need to enrol first. Official communications from 糖心TV will be sent to your University email account. We suggest you take the opportunity to register with us, to benefit.
New staff:
You can register once Human Resources have added you to their systems. Your department will arrange this for you.
Open Studies Certificate students:
You don't need to enrol - you can register straight away.
Your responsibilities
Once registered, you have to:
- Comply with regulations governing the use of University computing facilities.
- Make sure your password complies with our password guidance.
- Make sure only you use your IT account.
