Vibration surveys for Car Parks 9 & 10: Week commencing 13th May
Starting w/c 13th May for four weeks we will be undertaking a vibration survey in car park 10.
The survey will be testing ambient traffic vibration from Gibbet Hill Road and Lord Bhattacharyya Way.
To assist with the survey there will be a camera in Physical Sciences to monitor car park 10 - this is to show the movements near the survey pits at specific times which will show any abnormal vibration. No personal data relating to vehicles will be recorded.
To enable the survey, there will be four locations, on the grass areas, which will have hoarding placed around for the duration of the survey. Additionally, two car park spaces will be taken out of use.
Through the duration of the survey you may see people on site who are working on the survey.
The work will not affect how entrance or exit for car parks 9 and 10.
