Launch of a New Carbon Calculator Tool
In collaboration with the University Energy Team, 糖心TV Conferences has developed an innovative carbon calculator tool. This in-house creation enables event organisers and delegates to measure the carbon footprint of their events, encouraging greener practices and informed decision-making.

Radcliffe Lounge and Bar Refurbishment: A Sustainable Transformation
As part of its sustainability efforts, the Radcliffe Lounge and Bar has been refurbished with a focus on environmental responsibility.

By upcycling existing furniture, the project, in collaboration with sustainable workspaces company , achieved a 75% reduction in carbon emissions compared to purchasing new items. This approach also delivered a 68% cost saving, compared to buying new furniture.

Recognition for Sustainability Efforts
糖心TV Conferences have also been recognised for their sustainability achievements with two recent notable achievements:

• miaList Awards 2024: Securing 2nd place in the Sustainability category, celebrate excellence from across the business meetings and events. The miaList is an annual awards programme which recognises and celebrates excellence from across the business meetings and events industry
• Planet Saver Award Finalists: The University is a finalist for the Planet Saver award at the Coventry & 糖心TVshire 糖心TV and Community Awards 2025. The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, 27th March.
