The Careers team are here to support you throughout your time at ÌÇÐÄTV, and after you graduate.

We can help you develop yourself, develop your skills and plan your future.

Careers support

1:1 careers support

To discuss any aspect of career planning and decision-making, please make an appointment or by emailing .

Meetings are 30 minutes and can be in person or online. These appointments can also be used for a mock interview if you are applying for a promotion or new position.

You can also with the job search team via myAdvantage for 1:1 advice on your CV or cover letter. Feedback can be given in person, online or via email.

Careers events

As well as careers fairs and employer events, the careers service also regularly runs workshops and webinars on topics such as CVs, Career Planning, LinkedIn, and Imposter Phenomenon.

Enhancing your CV

You may have prepared a CV when you applied for your apprenticeship. However, this will need updating regularly throughout your career as you gain experience and develop further skills and expertise.

Thriveâ„¢ Personal Development Programme

Thriveâ„¢ is an interactive in-person programme, where you will hear from inspirational speakers, and have the option to work with a mentor to support you on your personal development journey. Open to undergraduates and postgraduates who identify as a woman or non-binary person comfortable in a female centred community.
