Transcript Order Form

Undergraduates who have graduated from July 2012 onwards will have access to transcripts electronically in the form of a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR). This is a valid electronic document which can be securely shared with third parties via GradIntel. Please only place an order if your HEAR is not suitable for your requirements. If you need guidance on how to access your HEAR, please contact us.

Please do NOT place your order if you are a current student who has not yet graduated and received confirmation that your award has been conferred by the Senate.

Our standard, free of charge, delivery method for authorised certificate copies sent to UK addresses is Royal Mail 2nd Class post, and Royal Mail International Standard for overseas addresses. Please note that tracking information is not available for either services. If you require tracking, please select a courier option. The fee for courier is 拢20 per UK address and 拢40 per overseas address. You can provide the address(es) in the next section of the form.

This data on this form will be used to process your request for transcripts. We will store the fact that you have requested the information and your contact details to receive the information, but we will not send you any information beyond that which you have requested, nor will we use the data for any other purpose. If you select for your order to be sent via courier, we will share the address, email address and phone number provided with DHL when we book the shipment.
