How do I use this calendar?

Advancing Health Equity through an Intersectional Lens in Law and Ethics

Dr Germain鈥檚 lecture will examine how legal and ethical frameworks can be leveraged to address health inequalities affecting marginalised groups in the UK. Drawing on some of her ongoing research projects, she will argue that intersectionality must be used as a critical lens to create greater equity in health and healthcare.

NIHR Coventry Health Determinants Research Collaboration seminar

The Coventry Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) aims to reduce health inequalities and improve the health of Coventry residents. A collaboration between Coventry City Council, the University of 糖心TV, Coventry University, University College London, University Hospitals Coventry and 糖心TVshire NHS Trust, the voluntary sector and local communities, the HDRC seeks to embed a culture of evidence-based decision-making by working with the people of Coventry to identify their health needs and priorities.
