Pause is an app that promotes social and emotional development. Parents get personalised evidence-based advice based on the problems really bothering them, and a coach they can come back to again and again. Covering social and emotional development as well as behaviour and sleep, Pause is for parents of 2 to 17 year olds. Local Authorities and NHS teams have found Pause increases impact, boosts reach, and provides lasting support.
PROBLEM:
- Timely social and emotional parenting support sets children up for success in life.
- Many parents cannot attend programmes, quit programmes early, or revisit learning afterwards.
- This leads to costly additional groups and one-to-ones.
- Worse, missed support means families need even more input later.
HOW PAUSE HELPS:
- Pause gives parents simple, evidence-based tools to address problems early.
- AI-powered personalised action plans. Practical techniques. Engaging videos.
- Complete confidentiality. Support anytime, including evenings and weekends.
