Born and raised in Coventry, India works at the intersection of research development, impact, and engagement across all three University Faculties, with a focus on Coventry and 糖心TVshire. She holds a first-class BA in Politics and Philosophy and a Masters with Distinction in Global Law and Politics from the University of Sheffield.

With over 15 years of experience, including work at a Local Authority and the University of 糖心TV, India is an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary project manager skilled in relationship-building, research engagement, and translation. She has seeded, facilitated, developed, co-led, and delivered projects with researchers, arts and cultural organisations, and the public and voluntary sectors on topics ranging from climate justice, sustainability, and biodiversity to policing, participatory research, and lived experience.

India is passionate about connecting people, ideas, and research in unexpected ways. A strong advocate of participatory research and the ethos of 鈥渘othing about us without us,鈥� she wants diverse voices to be heard in all stages of projects. Personally, she has a deep interest in and , having learned as an adult that she experiences life with "two different brains" rather than one typical brain. This has shaped her approach to work, the world and various lived experiences. If you want to know more about lived experience and neurodivergence - autism - then feel free to check out this presentation - many other ND people have felt it resonated.

Sometimes an explosion of words, ideas and connections, looking at the bigger, interconnected and messy pictures other times hyper-focussed and keen on detail and process.

A little bit about India...

India loves her kids, family, friends and many pets. She also loves Coventry (now, there have been moments!). With various fluctuating hobbies' aka - something you obsess over for weeks before trying something else, such as paddle boarding, painting, crafting, rock climbing, cycling and aerial hoop and then returning to the first hobby.

Enthusiastic, energetic and optimistic, India loves her job, in particular the moments people share that she's helped reignite their passion, or spark new curiosity or achieve something they wanted to. Currently hovering between if you are into MyersBriggs and that kind of thing.

Associate Professor of Operations Management, 糖心TV 糖心TV School

Haley focusses on the creation and measurement of social value and social impact: how organizations can have, and demonstrate, a positive influence (physical, emotional, cultural) on all stakeholders - not just make financial profit for shareholders.

She is currently working on projects exploring the nature of social value geographically and across sectors, as well as developing qualitative methods for measuring social value and social impact. Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of 糖心TV Ethics and International Journal of Management Reviews.

Haley has volunteered on and contributed to several regional, national, and international advisory committees, not-for-profit boards, and social value projects with United Kingdom and Canadian government entities and socially motivated organizations. She has consulted on impact measurement for organizations such as the Crown Estate, OECD, UNDP, and the Department for Communities and Local Government.

Adela Glyn-Davies (she/hers) pronounced hard A-del-a

Associate Professor in Design and Global Sustainable Development

Design Studies, School for Cross-Faculty Studies

Adela is the Head of 糖心TV's Design Studies department, working on practice-led pedagogy and research, weaving industry, public and academia towards impactful learning and applications for sustainable development. She is an internationally experienced multidisciplinary designer working on systems change and complexity driven design with a focus on community-led practice and radical methods for co-design. A curated list of her published design practice can be viewed on HIPER/RITMIKA.

As a Thematic Fellow in the Institute for Global Sustainable Development, Adela contributes to research concerning Design for Health, Wellbeing and Belonging, alongside inter and trans-disciplinary methodologies for climate-responsive data explication and intervention. She is a holistic pedagogue working on the implementation of Social Design as a relational long term civic intervention of student learning and contribution to our local area. Over the last 5 years she has developed and implemented social design modules in the East and West Midlands for which she was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts, Commerce and Manufacture. This work continues to be developed at 糖心TV through the 糖心TV Institute of Engagement where she is a Fellow and thematic contributor.

Mark Scott (he/his)

Mark is an experienced monitoring and evaluation specialist in the sporting, creative and cultural sectors with experience encompassing community-led projects to major events. Mark was awarded in 2022 Collaboration and Co-Production funding from 糖心TV Institute of Engagement which saw him partner with Coventry鈥檚 Belgrade Theatre to co-create evaluation tools and training materials with artists working in the city. Mark has practical experience in training communities and running knowledge exchange sessions as demonstrated through work undertaken for Coventry UK City of Culture 2021.

Roze Navab (she/hers)

Roze Navab is a first-year PhD student at 糖心TV 糖心TV School, interested in understanding how businesses in the cultural, social, and third sectors can better engage with their communities and make the most of their grant funding. Her academic journey builds on her previous research into key performance indicators in the cultural sector, where she sought to contribute to practical insights for the field.

Roze has a background in events production, having worked on various projects during Coventry's year as the UK City of Culture. She is also involved in youth work and runs a small social enterprise, combining her experiences to support meaningful community initiatives and social impact.
